Bored with exercise?  Finding that your current workout plan is a drag?  Interested in learning new ways to change up what you are doing?  Looking for some tips to amplify your results at the gym?

5-tip-2

Join us on Monday, November 7 for our final Exercise For Life Talk of the year!  At Muscle Activation Schaumburg, certified personal trainers, Julie Errington and Charlie Cates, will be discussing five simple ways to completely transform your current exercise routine.  In this live workshop, Julie and Charlie will be teaching you some of their biggest secrets that they use with their clients to provide a world class exercise experience and make exercising feel like it has never felt before.

If you are frustrated with your current exercise routine or are upset that you are not getting the results you would like, then this talk is for you.  Learn how to build muscle, keep your joints healthy, and keep your workouts fun with just some simple tweaks to what you are already doing.

This free community talk is open to a maximum of 20 people.  Please RSVP here if you plan to attend because space is limited.  It will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and be completed by no later than 8:00 PM.  All participants are encouraged to take notes of what we discuss so you can take the information home with you.  Clipboards, paper, and pens will be provided.  All participants will be required to sign a liability form prior to the talk beginning, as well.

Also, as a special giveaway for our final talk of the year, if you share our Facebook event, click that you are “going”, attend the talk in person, and check into Muscle Activation Schaumburg during the talk, you will be eligible to win a consultation, assessment, and five personal training or Muscle Activation Techniques™(MAT™) sessions at Muscle Activation Schaumburg!

We look forward to seeing you there and helping you exercise for life.
