A few weeks back, a warning popped up on my car’s dashboard.  Snow tires on.  Do not exceed 65 mph.  Seeing this, I slowed down and the warning went away.  Every time my speed would get up too high, the warning would come back on.

That display helped me to realize what the car’s capabilities were.  It alerted me when I was exceeding the capabilities so I could change my actions.

It was an easy decision to listen to what the display was telling me.  I knew that this warning wasn’t something I should just push through and ignore.  I knew it was something important.  I saw there was a potential issue and I addressed it before anything came of it.

Wouldn’t it be nice if your body had a display that popped up every time there was going to be a physical issue in your future?  Better yet, wouldn’t it be great to use this kind of display to make sure that your physical activity was not making you worse?

Muscle Activation Techniques™ is a process that can determine if what you are physically doing is too much for your muscular system.  It can also be a proactive means to ensuring that you can continue to do the activities you enjoy.

You likely find it necessary to look at the dashboard of your car to see if there is a potential issue.  Whether it is the fuel gauge or one of the many other gauges, these displays help to monitor the well-being your car.  They let you know when to get something checked out before something more serious occurs.

Why would you not find it necessary to check in on your body in the same manner you do your car?  Muscle Activation Techniques™ can find the areas of your body that could cause a greater issue down the road if not addressed.

Be proactive about ensuring your own well-being.  Don’t wait until you are broken down on the side of the road to address your issues.  Muscle Activation Techniques™ can identify and address potential issues before they ever become problematic, allowing you to continue to do the things you love to do.

How often do you check the gauges and displays of your body?
