Triceps extensions are one of the most common exercises for building the strength of and toning up the upper arm muscles. However, even though this exercise is done at nearly every gym in America, there are a handful of mistakes that are often made when performing this exercise.
One aspect that is rarely considered when doing this exercise is how your body is positioned. Many people haphazardly position their hips and torso however it feels comfortable for them, but this could actually be getting them worse results from the exercise.
