The knee flexion machine can be one of the most effective tools in the gym for building the size and strength of your hamstrings, but there are many things to keep in mind before hopping on.
When using the knee flexion machine, you have to consider the different components of the machine, including where you are positioning the back pad. Each aspect of the machine should be set so it is customized for your body, as not doing so could leave you vulnerable to feeling achy and sore after using it.
When considering where to position the back pad, you have to look at how your body fits into the machine and where the axis of the machine is positioned. This is essential to effectively using the machine without issues.
