The chest press machine is one of the most effective tools for building the strength and function of your chest and shoulder muscles, but you need to make sure that it is being used correctly in order to minimize potential risks. Today, we want to talk to you about a unique tip to help you squeeze out more reps when using this machine.
Oftentimes when people are using the chest press machine and they start to fatigue, they do one of two things. They either compromise their form to do more reps or they stop the set. While we do not recommend the former, there is something unique you can do to help you squeeze out a few more reps without having to sacrifice your form.
