E80 – Frozen Shoulder and Your Muscles

This week on the Exercise Is Health podcast, Julie and Charlie discuss one of the more common shoulder issues they see with new clients – frozen shoulder.  Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, can be an extremely painful and debilitating condition where a person’s shoulder stops moving well and hurts when it does move.  But, even though the shoulder is highly symptomatic, the shoulder itself may actually not need to be addressed.  Julie and Charlie have had tremendous success helping individuals diagnosed with frozen shoulder by getting their muscles working better with Muscle Activation Techniques®, often times in areas such as their trunk and hips.  Check out all of the details in this week’s episode!
