This week on the Exercise Is Health podcast, Julie and Charlie sit down with Dr. Concetta Forchetti of AMITA Health to discuss dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and brain health.  Dr. Forchetti specializes in neurology with special interests in Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory disorder.  She disucsses the difference between Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, the genetic risk factors involved, and what we can all do to help prevent or delay the development of Alzheimer’s.
