How Fast Should You Move When Doing Triceps Extensions??

This month on Trainer Tip Tuesday we will be discussing tips and tricks for when you are doing triceps extensions. While this exercise can look relatively simple, there are some components you need to keep in mind to make sure you are doing this exercise correctly for your individual needs.

Triceps extensions are one of the most common exercises for building the strength of and toning up the upper arm muscles. However, even though this exercise is done at nearly every gym in America, there are a handful of mistakes that are often made when performing this exercise.

One mistake that is often made when doing triceps extensions is moving too fast throughout the range of motion. Even though you may be able to lift more weight when you move fast, you are actually challenging yourself less than you would if you were to move at a different speed.

So how fast should you be moving when doing triceps extensions to get the best results? That is exactly what we are discussing in this week’s video.

Check out all of the details in this week’s episode of Trainer Tip Tuesday, and be sure to tune back in next week as we discuss another consideration when doing triceps extensions.
