The Exercise Is Health® Podcast

E51 – The 5 Steps of Behavioral Change with Tony Cates, MBA

This week on the Exercise Is Health podcast, Julie and Charlie interview Tony Cates, MBA.  Tony has authored two books on behavioral change and behavioral psychology and is in production of his third book on the subject.  After spending years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Tony realized it didn’t matter how much he knew, it only mattered if his clients changed their behaviors and applied what he knew.  At that moment he switched the focus of his studies and almost instantly saw a higher compliance rate with his clients leading to better and better results.  Tony then went on to earn his MBA from Leeds Business School at the University of Colorado – Boulder, with the focus of his program on behavior psychology and how consumers make decisions.

With New Year’s Resolutions being set in the next two weeks, there is no better time than now to learn how to change your behavior in order to accomplish everything you set out to do in 2019.  Check out all of the details in this week’s episode!
