Basketball Players–there is one thing you can do that will improve your athletic performance faster than anything else.

It is not a supplement to take…

It is not a stretch to do…

It is not even a certain amount of sleep to get…

What is this one thing?

Improve the function of your muscles.

Improving the function of your muscles is one the fastest (if not THE fastest) ways to improve your athletic performance.

One of the biggest breakdowns in muscle function is when they stop receiving as much signal from your brain and spinal cord telling them to contract. This is similar to when your car’s engine doesn’t receive enough signal from the battery telling it to start.

Even if you drive a Lamborghini with a giant engine, if there isn’t sufficient signal from the battery, the car won’t go anywhere.

However, as soon as the signal gets restored… VRRRRROOM!!! You are immediately able to access all of the torque and horsepower that is within the engine.

Your muscles work the same way.

Your muscles need to receive signals from your brain and spinal cord in order to contract. If they don’t receive enough signals, they won’t contract as strongly or powerfully as they can. In some cases, they may not even be able to contract at all.

As a basketball player, this can show up in a number of ways…

  • Your strength can decrease
  • Your mobility can decrease
  • You can feel tight
  • You can have trouble recovering from workouts, practices, and games
  • You can have chronic tweaks, sprains, or strains that always linger

If enough muscles are dysfunctional, your need to compensate will increase and so will your risk for injury.

Ultimately, all of these symptoms decrease your ability to perform athletically.

However, by increasing the amount of signal your muscles receive and improving their function…

  • Your strength increases
  • Your mobility increases
  • Tightness throughout your body decreases
  • The amount of time it takes you to recover from workouts, practices, and games decreases
  • Your risk for injury decreases
  • Your need to compensate decreases

And the cool thing is, these changes don’t need weeks to take place. Just like you don’t need to rebuild the entire engine of your car to get it running if its battery cables are loose, you don’t need to spend days, weeks, or months rebuilding your muscles to improve your athletic performance.

Just increase the amount of signal going to them and VRRRRROOM get ready for take off.

Increasing the amount of signal your muscles receive can allow you to access all of the strength and athleticism you already possess.

In my experience since 2011, I have not seen anything more effective than Muscle Activation Techniques® at increasing this signal. MAT® is a process that can increase the signal that your muscles are receiving from your brain and spinal cord faster than anything else out there.

Which for you, means that you get to perform at your most elite athletic state time and time again.
